Life coaches are experts in developing their clients' strengths, talents, and potential.
Therapy is geared towards clients in crisis, pain, and suffering.
Life coaching is for the individuals who have accepted their past, have taken responsibility for their life and are ready to move fully into their future!
Why Life Coaching? For anyone who has done sports, I will use an analogy. A football coach for example, sees the best in each player and pushes them to their limits. Helps them set goals, accomplish them, and overall, make them a better player then they could have been without the coach. That is what I do, but with life instead of football. I just point out the best in you and keep at you until I have assisted you to bring out the best in you.
I focus on the energy that we have together and use the synergy we develop to make miracles happen!
